The Totally 80s Gym Jam Showcase at Los Gatos Elite was nothing short of legendary.But beyond the glitter and grooves, this showcase reminded us what makes our community truly elite: the spirit of our athletes, the love of our families, and the magic our coaches bring to life every single day.

As the 2025 season draws to a close, our Development Program (DP) Optional Team has demonstrated poise, power, and championship spirit across state and national platforms.

The 2025 Xcel Season has wrapped up, and our team could not have finished stronger! From Bronze to Platinum—and even at Regionals—our athletes demonstrated determination, resilience, and excellence.

As part of Teacher Appreciation Week, we’re excited to continue our tradition of honoring the incredible teachers who make a difference every single day.

Each year, we invite our families and community members to nominate their favorite teachers—those who go above and beyond in nurturing, inspiring, and guiding students. This is our way of saying thank you to the educators who have touched our lives in meaningful ways.

As we reach the midpoint of the competition season, we’re thrilled to highlight the incredible performances of our Optional and Xcel athletes. Our gymnasts have showcased their talent, hard work, and determination from across the west, earning top placements in highly competitive meets.

Los Gatos Elite is excited to introduce Friday Night Lights, a bi-monthly celebration recognizing gymnasts and ninjas who have recently moved up to the next level! This free event rotates between two exciting showcases:

• Gym Fest – A mini-meet for Girls Gymnastics move-ups to perform routines for family and friends.

• Ninja Mission – A high-energy challenge for Ninja Zone athletes to demonstrate their skills.

Los Gatos Elite marks six months since acquiring West Valley Gymnastics School, successfully retraining and retaining staff, completing a West Side remodel, and introducing new classes. The transition hasn’t been without challenges, but valuable lessons have shaped the gym’s future. As part of the next phase, Los Gatos Elite is updating branding to reflect its expanded presence, with Los Gatos Elite at West Valley and Los Gatos Elite on the Boulevard. This milestone represents a continued commitment to excellence and community growth.

Reflecting on Six Months of Expansion

Time flies when you’re building something incredible! We’re now six months into the acquisition of West Valley Gymnastics School, and what a journey it has been. This transition has been filled with growth, learning, and exciting new opportunities for our athletes, staff, and families.

The devastating California wildfires have deeply impacted many in the gymnastics community, including staff, athletes, and partner gyms that have lost so much. In the face of such a tragedy, it’s inspiring to see our community come together to support one another.

One meaningful way to help is by purchasing the SoCal Strong Leotard, a special edition design created to raise funds for wildfire relief. While I am not organizing this fundraiser, I want to spread the word and encourage everyone in the gymnastics world to rally behind this incredible effort.

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our Aerial Performance Team at Los Gatos Elite on the Boulevard! This talented group of aerial artists will begin their journey this weekend, January 11th, 2025, marking a new chapter in our commitment to excellence in aerial arts. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming up for our team as they prepare to dazzle audiences near and far.
