ninja Zone party

Unlike any other party your child has had. Who else can say they walked into a party a regular kid and walked out a NINJA?! Your child and their guests will take part in Ninja Zone training, learn basic Ninja skills, play games, and have a blast with their friends.

90-minute program including 60 minutes of instructor-led activities conducted indoors and outdoors* with 30 minutes to celebrate your child, held indoors or outdoors.*

Pricing for parties in 2026

  • $498 (Up to 10 children)

  • $537 (11-15 children)

  • $33 per additional child after 25 children

Extended pricing

  • $15 per child for every 30 minutes overstayed.

  • $10 per child for 30 additional minutes booked in advance.

$100 deposit required upon booking.

FAQs and policies

Booking and payment

  • Check availability below and click on the “Birthday Party (1)” link on the date you wish to book. If you already have a login, sign using your parent portal credentials, otherwise, you will need to register first and then proceed with reserving your date.

  • You can pay with a credit card or through an electronic bank check. A $100 deposit is due upon booking. The remainder of the payment is based on the number of children attending and will be due after the party.

  • All children participating on the gym floor contribute to your guest total. Adults attending will not. All children must have a completed waiver to participate.

  • Yes, we can accommodate up to 35 participants. However, guests above the 25 child suggested maximum are priced at $30/child.

  • Yes. However, children under 3 will require an accompanying parent or guardian on the floor with them for the duration of the party. Older children are permitted to attend parties but must be mindful of smaller children around them. Infants and toddlers will contribute to your headcount if they are playing directly on the gym floor. All children must have a completed waiver to participate. Adults may not participate on the floor unless accompanying a child under 3.

  • We understand there are unforeseen circumstances that may require you to reschedule or cancel your child’s birthday party. We request you try to let us know at least three weeks before your party is scheduled in order to secure a new date. We do not charge fees for rescheduling or canceling a party.

    For canceled parties, the paid deposit will be applied as a credit to your account and can be used for classes, events, or at our store. No refunds will be provided.

    Please contact us to reschedule or cancel your party.

Preparing for your party

  • Parents of anyone attending the party must complete the online waiver. Participants who have signed a waiver within the past year or current students of Los Gatos Elite do not need to sign a waiver.

  • Please bring all the refreshments, food, drinks and bottled water you'd like. No glass please and alcohol is strictly prohibited. We suggest you bring:

    • Disposable tablecloths Size 2’x8’

    • Paper plates, napkins, cutlery, and plastic cups

    • Balloons/banner

    • Water/Juice/Lemonade

    • Cake/cupcakes

    • Knife for cake cutting

    • Candles

    • A playlist if your child has some favorite tunes (bluetooth speakers available for use)

    • Camera (or your phone) to capture the fun!

  • You may arrive 20 minutes before your party begins to set up. We recommend 3-5 table covers, plus any table toppers and hanging bangers of your preference.

  • Yes, however we have in the past found that having someone pick up the order is most time-reliable. We recommend Dominos Pizza as they frequently deliver to our location but you are welcome to order delivery from anywhere. Please direct them to Los Gatos Elite- 15445 Los Gatos Blvd Suite 200, 95032.

    Please schedule the delivery for 45 minutes before the end of your party. Food is typically delivered to our Front Desk.
