Junior elites 1

Junior Elites 1 is the first level of our progressive program for girls identified as potential competitors. 

Skills covered include: 

  •  Progression on vault, bars, balance beam, and floor exercise

  • Physical conditioning and flexibility training 

  • Postural awareness

Duration: 90 mins once per week
Class size: 8
Tuition: $331/mo
What to wear: Leotard and long hair in a ponytail or bun.
Prerequisites: Instructor referral or placement through tryout

6-7 years old (Girls-focused)

JUnior elites 2

Junior Elites 2 builds on the training in Junior Elites 1, focusing on more advanced skills and increased training intensity. Gymnasts will continue to develop their abilities on all apparatus.

  • Technique

  • Strength

  • Flexibility

Duration: 120 mins twice per week
Class size: 8
Tuition: $412/mo
What to wear: Leotard and long hair in a ponytail or a bun.
Prerequisites: Instructor referral or placement through tryout

5.5-8 years old (Girls-focused)

Pre Team

Pre Team is the final level in the Future Team program, focusing on preparing gymnasts for Level 3. Learning skills such as round-off back and front handsprings is mandatory at this level. Our program maintains a strong focus on strength, flexibility, and skill acquisition. Commitment and effort in this class are crucial for progression. There are no make-up options offered in this class.

Please note that not everyone who tries out will be placed. Depending on level placed, the class may be either at Los Gatos Elite on the Blvd or at our West Valley location.

FAQ

  • The Future Team program requires:

    • A minimum of 2 days per week commitment

    This structure helps athletes build the strength, skills, and consistency needed for competitive gymnastics.

  • During the tryout, gymnasts will participate in:

    • Basic gymnastics skills

    • Simple conditioning exercises

    • Flexibility activities

    Our coaches are looking for effort, attitude, coordination, and potential.

  • Please have your gymnast wear:

    • A gymnastics leotard

    • Hair pulled back securely

    • Bare legs and bare feet (no socks or shoes)

  • Not every gymnast will be placed into Future Team.

    Spots are limited, and selections are made based on:

    • Readiness

    • Coachability

    • Long-term potential
