Junior Elites 1 is the first level of our progressive program for girls identified as potential competitors.

Skills covered include:

Progression on vault, bars, balance beam, and floor exercise
Physical conditioning and flexibility training
Postural awareness

Duration: 90 mins once per week

Pre Team

Pre Team is the final level in the Future Team program, focusing on preparing gymnasts for Level 3. Learning skills such as round-off back and front handsprings is mandatory at this level. Our program maintains a strong focus on strength, flexibility, and skill acquisition. Commitment and effort in this class are crucial for progression. There are no make-up options offered in this class.
