We are excited to officially introduce the LGE Standard — our shared commitment to character, effort, and team culture across all programs. The LGE Standard is built around our core values of Respect, Encouragement, Grit, Incessant Improvement, and Kindness, and it guides how we train, compete, and support one another each day. In the coming weeks, you’ll begin to see this come to life in new ways around the gym, including the rollout of our core value ribbons. Athletes will have opportunities to earn ribbons as they consistently demonstrate these values through their actions, attitude, and effort. Our goal is simple: to celebrate not just skill development, but the integrity, perseverance, and positivity that define what it means to be part of LGE.
