Referral program terms
Eligibility
The referral program is open to all existing customers of Los Gatos Elite (LGE).
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of LGE are not eligible to participate.
Referral process
Referrers must use the referral form provided by LGE to refer new customers.
The referred individual must enroll in a FUNdamentals class at LGE for the referrer to be eligible for the exclusive event.
Exclusive events
Access to the exclusive event is contingent upon a successful referral leading to an enrollment.
Each successful referral grants access to one exclusive event per quarter.
Event details will be communicated to eligible participants in advance.
Program duration
The referral program operates on a quarterly basis, with specific start and end dates as outlined in the program details.
Limitations
Referrals are only counted when the referred individual is a new customer to LGE and enrolls in a FUNdamentals class. Multiple referrals of the same individual will be counted as one.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the referral process will be used in accordance with LGE's Privacy Policy.
Referrers consent to the use of their names and images in any publicity material related to the referral program.
General
LGE reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of this referral program without prior notice.
