The Ninja Games are youth sports competitions showcasing the athletic fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, parkour, and modern martial arts. Competitors will participate in two events:
HOT LAVA ROUND: This round will focus on speed across different obstacles trying to get the fastest time while trying NOT to touch the hot lava.
STYLE ROUND: This round will focus on using different Ninja Gymnastics and Tricking skills, sometimes utilizing spring boards, mats, and trampolines to create a unique freestyle routine!
