As part of your child’s registration, two free tickets have been added to each participant’s account for the session they are a part of. If you require more than the 2 tickets for their session, please fill out the form below.

  • Kids aged 12 years old and under are complimentary if they sit on the floor. If they would prefer a seat, a ticket must be purchased.

  • If you wish to attend other sessions, tickets for those sessions will also need to be purchased.

  • Tickets are limited and may sell out. Tickets will be sold day of as well if available.

  • Seating is first-come, first-served.

  • Late arrivals will be standing room only.

  • Cost $10/ticket if purchased ahead of May 2nd. Applied to the families JackRabbit Parent Portal. Tickets purchased at the door will be $12.

PRE-FLIGHT CHECK-IN

To ensure a smooth departure for our program, please report to the Mission Control tables located outside the gym for check-in. We ask that all athletes arrive at their scheduled time to prepare for their mission. Ensuring your star arrives on time is the best way to guarantee a successful, stress-free launch into their performance!

MISSION DEBRIEF: COSTUME RETURNS

If your explorer received a Los Gatos Elite costume for their voyage, please return it to their Flight Commander (Coach) at the conclusion of the show. To ensure a smooth re-entry, we recommend bringing a change of clothes for after their performance.

We can’t wait to orbit this special day with you—it’s going to be a celebration filled with fun, wonder, and astronomical performances!

  • A showcase is Los Gatos Elite’s way to provide an opportunity for our gymnasts, aerialists, dancers, and ninjas to show off their talents to their friends and family.

  • All the numbers will be group routines on the floor. There will be tumbling, dancing, props and so much cuteness and fun. Some groups will do some partner work as well as character work.

  • No, this is totally optional. We do hope that you take advantage of this opportunity as we very much believe that performing for an audience is not only exhilarating but character building as well. The Showcase is mandatory for the performance groups.

  • We will be providing the rental costuming, props (if any) the rehearsal times as well as two tickets for the event.

  • Yes, separate rehearsal time is the only time we have set aside to teach and rehearse the number for each group. We have done our best to allow some flexibility in the rehearsal schedule. To ensure our athletes are equipped to perform, they must attend a minimum of 3 rehearsals to be eligible.

  • No, we will have each number only performing once during the showcase.

  • Yes. It is in addition to their current schedule.

  • In order for us to ensure the participants will have the space they need to learn and practice their routine is to schedule them in off-peak times.

  • Additional tickets for $10 each will be made available April 25.

  • At the main gym at Los Gatos Elite.

  • If they cannot attend all of the rehearsals, they may not be able to participate in the showcase. Contact their coach to see if there are any exceptions.

  • Rehearsals are held at Los Gatos Elite on the Blvd., LGE @ WV or LGE too. Check your groups to know wher your rehearsal is.

  • Attending the rehearsals, attending the showcase.
