Future TEAM TRYOUTS

We invite eligible gymnasts to participate in our Future Team Tryouts!

This evaluation is for families interested in exploring competitive gymnastics through our Future Team program.

What Is the Future Team Program?

Future Team is a selective program designed for gymnasts who show strong potential and interest in competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts are invited into the program based on specific attributes that support long-term success in the sport.

ELIGIBILITY

This tryout is open to:

Girls ages 4.5–7

Currently enrolled in:

  • Girls Gymnastics

  • FUNdamentals

TRYOUT DETAILS

  • Cost: $17

  • Duration: 2 hours

FAQ

  • The Future Team program requires:

    • A minimum of 2 days per week commitment

    This structure helps athletes build the strength, skills, and consistency needed for competitive gymnastics.

  • During the tryout, gymnasts will participate in:

    • Basic gymnastics skills

    • Simple conditioning exercises

    • Flexibility activities

    Our coaches are looking for effort, attitude, coordination, and potential.

  • Please have your gymnast wear:

    • A gymnastics leotard

    • Hair pulled back securely

    • Bare legs and bare feet (no socks or shoes)

  • Not every gymnast will be placed into Future Team.

    Spots are limited, and selections are made based on:

    • Readiness

    • Coachability

    • Long-term potential
